Nearly every reader comment we received about Cocina Esperanza included the words "fresh" and "authentic." "One of the best Mexican restaurant experiences of a lifetime!" one reader writes. "The best sangría in all of Seattle!" raves another. And you didn't stop there, lavishing praise on the Ballard eatery's service, décor and -- naturally -- its food, particularly the chiles rellenos and crab sincronizada. "The best Mexican food I've had (aside) from the real thing south of the border," writes a reader. It goes without saying that many of you agree.
