Bellevue's 0/8 Seafood Grill, located in the Hyatt Regency Bellevue, is helmed by big-name chef and radio personality Dan Thiessen, formerly of Salty's, Chandler's Crabhouse and the Space Needle's SkyCity. Though the immaculately presented food has gotten mixed reviews on flavor, certain surefire dishes, such as brandied Dungeness crab bisque and sashimi scallops, have won the restaurant more than a few fans on both sides of Lake Washington.
