Your favorite Sushi:
Sushi on a conveyor belt is cute, but it looks like we've been there, done that. West Seattle's Mashiko has again beat out Blue C Sushi's grab-it-before-it's-gone approach with innovation that doesn't require any special engineering. Instead, chef Hajime Sato serves up interesting dishes like scallop, crab and prosciutto, green-lipped mussels with dynamite sauce and fried freshwater-eel rolls coated in either walnuts or coconut. Another one of the colorful chef's interests is keeping sushi affordable, so you can indulge your sense of adventure without breaking the bank. More details
