Seattle Microbrewery Museum at Pike Brewing Company

It's all here: The entire history of beer, from ancient Sumer to the cold one in your hand. Curated by Pike Brewing Company co-owner Charles Finkel, the Seattle Microbrewery Museum in Pike Place Market offers an exhaustive overview of the culture of beer that touches on both high spots (who knew that the ancient Egyptians invented beer advertising?) and low (they've got a genuine Carry A. Nation hatchet on display). Virtually everything you could ever want to know about beer is displayed on these walls -- and since the museum is located smack-dab in the middle of the brewpub, you can taste some of that history, too.
