Never mind that this small dish of velvety goodness is on the "just for kids" menu. Eats blends Swiss, cheddar and Parmesan together with cream, then tops it off not with breadcrumbs, but Panko, for a lighter, crispier crunch that holds up perfectly to all that cheese ... please!
