Diva Dollz took the top prize in both our Women's Boutique and our Shoes and Accessories categories. The Pioneer Square shop oozes femininity and seems to be your favorite place to play dress-up. You adore the figure-friendly, retro-inspired dresses by Candice Gwinn and you can't get enough of the vintage shoes and bags. But you really seem to love the shop's owners, New Orleans transplants Shay Cemo and Steven Adams, whom you called welcoming, helpful and "the nicest business owners I've ever met."
