Bella Umbrella, an umbrella and parasol rental and sales business, is opening a brick and mortar store (1421 N.W. 70th St.; 206-297-1540) that will sell new and vintage umbrellas. The grand opening is tonight, Thursday, Dec. 11, from 5 to 8 p.m.
