I think it’s a cruel twist of fate that the fanciest night of the year happens right after the season of indulgences. Who can possible manage to slip into their littlest black dress after the triple feasts of Thanksgiving, Hanukkah and Christmas?

Well, Sassy Fit, a mobile personal training and yoga company, and Mario's would like to give you some pre-feast motivation with their Little Black Dress Contest.

Starting Nov. 8 and running through Dec. 11, this five-week competition includes killer workouts, food planning and weight-loss motivation. You provide the ball, dumbbells and a 10-by-10-foot space for working out and Sassy Fit will provide 30 percent off their normal 10-session price, bringing the total to $600 to participate.

The first-place winner (the person who loses the greatest percentage of body weight) will receive a $400 credit toward a little black dress from Mario’s. Second place (awarded to the person with the greatest number of inches lost) will receive a $100 gift certificate to Mario’s.
