RSS for Daily Find"My mom used to cut chunks off the roll of caramel for clients," says Margo Masaoka, of the family-run Oh! Chocolate shops. "That's when we knew candy lovers sometimes just want pure caramel." So they finally packaged the soft gooey centers without all that bothersome chocolate covering them. Called "Naked Caramels,"the individually wrapped treats come in five flavors including Classic Full Cream (my favorite), Coffee, Strawberry Balsamic, Pomegranate Cherry and Wild Blueberry. The back of the box features a stylized nude drawing with cellophane strategically placed for wrapped caramels to peak out from the box. It's cute, and cheeky. Great hostess gift, too. The boxes sell for $5.95 for 3.2 ounces.
