Kids, if you've ever played the green card game Xeko, you already know it's education without frustration. You learn about endangered animals, even as you put the smackdown on your opponent. And you make your mom cry because she lost to an 8-year-old kid.
Today, you can also play Xeko for a good cause.
From 3 to 4:30 p.m., on Thursday (today!), Blue Highway Games hosts a short and sweet Xeko tournament. For every eco-point earned by players at this event, Fremont-based Xeko will make a donation to the Snow Leopard Trust.
And they'll be unveiling their newest release, Mission China.
Good times. But if you're bringing mom, don't forget the tissues.

Post a commentWill you be selling singles? I've been looking all over the web and can't seem to find them. Even the XekoShop doesn't have them (at this point anyway).
XekoShop.com is definitely the best (if not only) place to go for single Xeko cards. I've seen singles on eBay and as the new set gets adopted there will surely be a new batch of individual cards on the secondary market. I'm after the snow leopard card myself.
I think that those of us who want to trade Xeko singles should get together and share what we've got to offer online. I have lots of duplicates from the Costa Rica set that I'd love to trade for some Madagascar or Indonesia cards that I still don't have.
The China Singles have been posted at XekoShop.com.
Cheers,
Bill
