Seattle parents who squeezed into Izilla Toys' cozy (read: crammed) former location in Madison Valley now have a lot more breathing room. The new location on Capitol Hill is twice the size but still carries the same quality playthings -- Kettler scooters, push toys from Selecta and board games from local company the Matter Group -- as the previous location. The popular gift-wrap station and complimentary cookies are there, too, and Izilla will add a book section this fall
