The Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Project moves its clinic and opens registration for its benefit golf tournament

Ever seen a "stray" cat missing the tip of his or her left ear? That's a sign the free-roaming or feral cat has been altered, and in this neck of the woods, there's a good chance that surgery took place at the Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Project (FCSNP). Since 1997, FCSNP has pursued a simple mission -- to provide free- or low-cost access to high volume spay/neuter surgery in a safe and humane environment.
